I had been putting off a front end alignment and tire rotation on my truck, a Ford F350 dually diesel. I made an appointment at Braeger Ford for this work, but when I brought it in, they said it was too big for them to handle, and they sent me across the street to Braeger Chevy. Scott Hansen took me in right away and said he thought they could handle it. The alignment was tough because it hadn't been done in a long time if ever. There was an extra charge for labor, but it was very minimal, and the charge for the tire rotation was very small for what they did. Scott was helpful, personable, knowledgable, and saved me some money. I would not hesitate to recommend that others see Scott for service or repairs. More

First of all, I LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I have been a service customer for years; however, I recently had my first experience on the sales side. To start, I don't trust my car to ANYONE but Roman Tylman. He is honest; lets me know what's wrong, and tells me how severe/how quickly I should get it taken care of. He never pressures me, just gives me the facts on what's going on with my car. He ALWAYS gives me a great price on my repairs and ALWAYS gets me in for service right away. If I hear anyone mention they need work on their car, I always give them Roman/Braeger's name. I am very, very pleased with his service. Now that I just bought a new car, I will continue to trust my vehicle with Roman. I recently had an unfortunate issue with my 2005 Chevy Impala. Long story short, the car turned out to be a lemon (should have bought it at Braeger...lesson learned!). The issue happened on a Sunday so I couldn't get ahold of Roman until the following Monday morning. Roman got me in IMMEDIATELY (!) and within an hour of dropping my car off, he called me with a complete diagnosis. The repairs ended up being too severe and it was not at all worth it to put more money into my car. Roman said he would refer me to the Sales Manager to see what they could do for me on a trade in on my car. Enter Jim Schlicht--- Jim is so nice!!!! Let me say, I'm a single mom. I work hard but let's face it, I'm not drowning in money. What I appreciated was that Jim took this into consideration and made me feel as though he was working to find a good deal for ME, not Braeger. From his very 1st follow up call, he made me feel as though he would do his best to get me the best price on a GOOD, RELIABLE, newer car as possible. It didn't make sense for me at the time to buy new so Jim referred me to Dennis Carver who works on the used car sales side. Jim acknowledged me as a "very good customer" (a phrase he used several times) because of the money I've spent over the years on the service side. I really appreciated the fact that even though I had never bought a car from Braeger, they still acknowledged the money I spent in their service shop over the years. Jim was awesome and clearly did his best to get me an awesome (!) used car at an amazing price! Enter Dennis Carver--- Dennis is so sweeet! He was very, very thorough. He answered all of my questions and just as with Jim, Dennis made me feel that he was interested in what would be best for ME...not Braeger. The car, a 2006 Chevy Impala, turned out to be exactly what I wanted. There were a few (very few), very minor details that caught my eye, which Dennis made sure to take care of immediately (Roman gave the car one last look to make sure everything was up to par). After the test drive and meeting with Jim and Dennis, I felt more than confident that I was making the right decision to buy my Impala from Braeger. Enter Jenni Weiss--- This woman knows her job! She worked very quickly and covered all of the important details without overwhelming me with loads of paperwork (which can be threatening). Jenni made sure I was comfortable with all of the details of my purchase, she got my monthly payment right where I needed it to be and got me an awesome warranty! My appt with her was at 6:30, but I got there early. I was signed, sealed, and had my car delivered by 6:15! This was extra nice since I had my two (little) boys with me, which by the way, were busy watching Iron Man 2 that Dennis put on for them to keep them entertained. So, now that I've written a novel, overall, I would like to say that when it comes to my car, I won't do business with any other dealership. Whether its for car service, or when I'm ready to buy another car, Braeger Chevy on 27th is where I'll be. I am very, very pleased with my car purchase. Braeger turned what started as a very unfortunate incident into an awesome car buying experience. I am very pleased!! Thanks everyone!!!! More

My wife and I were going to "just talk" to Dave Kastner about the pro's and cons of "maybe "getting a new vehicle.. The vehicle we had in mind was a New Chevy Equinox.. We were interested to see if a New vehicle would fit into our budget..Well after checking the vehicle over from top to bottom, and my wife getting used to driving a little bigger vehicle, we were hooked on getting the New Equinox.. Dave, Willie and the rest of the staff, made it happen..My wife and I drove away that night with a brand new Chevy Equinox.. The reason also being , is that we needed a vehicle where we could put an Electric Scooter in one piece, and I didn't have to break it apart.. The Friendliness of Braeger Chevrolet Staff, is awesome.. They make you feel very much at ease, ( ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE AT ALL). They want you, as much as you want to, get the vehicle you're after, and at a rate and price you can afford..Would I reccomend Braeger Chevrolet to someone looking for a great deal, without batting an eye, the answer is POSITIVELY YES....FOR SERVICE, SALES, FRIENDLINESS,RESPECT AND COURTESY, BRAEGER IS THE DEALER TO SEE AND ASK FOR DAVE KASTNER..
