Took my car in for recall service and maintenance. I scheduled my appointment online and was told there was shuttle services available, when I got to the dealership the worker then told me that there I scheduled my appointment online and was told there was shuttle services available, when I got to the dealership the worker then told me that there was no shuttle service and that I would have to Uber or Lyft home. This was a disappointment and bad customer service on their part. If shuttle service was not available it should have been specifically stated on your website. Then I was told that my veg would take 3 hrs maximum for the repairs to be complete but instead it took them 8 and a half hrs to complete my services. This dealership was a big disappointment and I would not take my vehicle here for service or any maintenance again. More

There was a delay getting my car in for service because of a staff being out no one’s fault. The service man kept an eye on how long I would have to wait and kept me informed.
