I am a Senior Citizen and I was having trouble with my Chevy Traverse. I called the dealership with whom I usually deal with is Craig Pozarski . When I called, I was told by John Webler that Craig was on vacation. I asked who was handling his cases ,and John said ", We kind of all pitch in for each other." I told him my situation and told him I would have to have my car towed in . He didn't seem like he wanted to help me. After I hung up , I told my daughter, I don't think this guy is very friendly. When I had my car towed to the Dealership,I asked for John Webler and I was told that he was not at his station. Mr. Allen then stepped in and was going to help me when John came back. I approached him and was trying to tell him that we had spoken on the phone and I was there for my car. In the rudest manner ever John said ," What do you want me to do , miracles?" Then he gave my keys to Cameron Allen. I have always spoken so highly of Lake Chevrolet. My favorite Service Adviser is Craig Pozarski . I have never been so humiliated !! He said this to me in front of my tow driver , my daughter and Mr. Allen. I am a widow and have had to deal with car troubles myself. Hurry back safely Craig !! More

Brought my car in with a concern about my Apple CarPlay. It was never addressed when I got in my car to drive it home once again the message about the password appeared. I’m real disappointed with the service department at this dealership. They just don’t do their job properly. I went in for a 30,000 miles service which included an oil change and an alignment. Every time I have gotten an oil change at any dealership, my fluids have always been topped off. Why am I getting a low washer fluid warning on my dash? It’s been under 200 miles and I have not used my washer fluid. Also any time I get an alignment done, there is always a print out of the adjustments that were made. I did not receive any type of paperwork, even after I requested it. I’m starting to think, especially since my washer fluid light went on prematurely, that I got charged for services that didn’t even happen to my vehicle. I’m starting to think they robbed me of my hard earned $800. More
