Took my truck in for the service that was scheduled when I first got the truck. The taillights needed to be fixed and the seatbelt. The service manager, John, was rude to me when I mentioned the taillights I first got the truck. The taillights needed to be fixed and the seatbelt. The service manager, John, was rude to me when I mentioned the taillights saying “I don’t know anything about that.” Then when we asked for him to check on it he got an attitude and said “Yeah” with a very snippy attitude. Not only that I had to find out, via asking when my truck would be done, that it was sent to another dealership for the taillights to get done and that was never communicated to me. More
