I was upset that no employee was wearing a face masked. There was no social distancing. Only sanitizer station was in the garage bay. The service was fine with no problems. Went pretty quick for oil change More

Honestly, I'm not sure how our preparedness on COVID could be more transparent. Everyone at Lake Chevrolet is taking the COVID situation seriously and we have followed the CDC Guidelines as recommended: -Every Lake employee is required to wear a face mask provided by Lake, and does. -We have over 20 "Social Distancing" stickers on the floors in service and in our showroom -Each employee is provided hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes -We have 8 hand sanitizing stations located throughout the facility -We have "wash your hands" stickers on the mirrors and doors in our restrooms -We have masks available for our customers -We have our maintenance team constantly cleaning, disinfecting high-touch customer areas -We have encouraged our team members to use their own phones, keyboards, pens, etc...no sharing I think you would be hard pressed to find a cleaner dealership or one that has taken their customers safety as seriously as we do.
