Joeohm, we want to thank you for providing your feedback, and among your frustration still mentioning that Mackensey was very friendly and efficient. To address your first concern, it is a best practice that if the employee you made the appointment with is working, that they are the one to check you in. We do this for customer service reasons, if the individual that set up your appointment checks you in, they will have already known more about what is going on with your vehicle to inform the technician if there are questions. In this instance, we could see how it might have been a frustration for you to have to wait for Mackensey to be available. For this, and for the relay of information failing to get to you for a prompt check out, we sincerely apologize. The employee that she provided the information to must have forgot. Unfortunately in this circumstance there was a glitch in our process in two places, and this is not typically how this is handled, and we assure you we will take this and learn from it. Thank you for the close 4 stars review with us even with the hiccups in your visit. We appreciate your business.

Timothy, please accept our sincerest apology for falling short in our conversation regarding the time it would take to perform the transmission flush to get rid of the vibration issue you came in with on your Colorado. We do our best to manage estimated time expectations of repairs, and we should have followed up with you when the service visit was going to take longer than the expected than was originally stated by John. Regarding your car wash, it is our policy to provide a clean wash to each guest that gets service done with us, unless there were inclement weather conditions, this should have been done for you from the beginning of returning your vehicle to you, and for the feeling that you had to ask for it, we do apologize. This is not how we intend to conduct business, and we will do better next time if you decided to give us another chance.
