He demonstrated professionalism, a pleasant demeanor, and had solutions readily available for some issues we were having. He let us know every step of the way progress, time and cost to us. Awesome...he was honest and didn't try any BS...we will only, I mean only deal with Joel every time we need service. Joel would be outstanding as a salesman also but you need a top notch man like Joel in your Service Dept. We will only come back to Braeger because of Joel. More

I asked Erin Rome for an appointment as soon as possible to My 2007 Equinox Chevrolet with 95,500 miles developed a strange noise when making a turn. I asked Erin Rome for an appointment as soon as possible to correct the problem. It was scheduted for the next Monday at 8:00 am. After waiting some time I wAs informed that my car wouild be readuy the next day as parts had to come from Chicago. Well, they gave me a lift home. The next day I got a call thAt my car was ready, and after the closing Paperwork, my dog "Pelusa" and I drove home. I could not believe ti, but the car performed as if it had come from the SHOWROOM, with less than 100 miles. Braeger has the best Service Centers in Town. More
