I was glad I could get our fleet vehicle in to change a headlight without an appointment. Craig said it would take just a few minutes. After 1hr 15min in the waiting area I inquired what was going on. T headlight without an appointment. Craig said it would take just a few minutes. After 1hr 15min in the waiting area I inquired what was going on. The truck needed additional parts, that they hoped would be there shortly. It was another hour before it was done. I don't care that more parts were needed or that it took longer than expected. It's just poor customer service to leave me sitting in the waiting room for hours without saying anything for a job that was expected to take minutes. More

They quoted a price that was 30% higher than the actual price and then tried to tell me they gave me a 10% military discount because I am a disabled veteran.
