It took over 2 hours for them to do a simple oil change. They upsold me on replacing 2 filters and a windshield wiper and then had me waiting even longer and turns out 2 of the 3 items weren't even in stock They upsold me on replacing 2 filters and a windshield wiper and then had me waiting even longer and turns out 2 of the 3 items weren't even in stock. They almost charged me for those services still too until I called it out on the invoice. Insane. And to top it off, they said the car wash made my back chevy emblem fall off. It's since not stayed on my car. I called to complain and my call was never returned. Terrible service. And terrible pricing. More
