It took over 2 hours for them to do a simple oil change. They upsold me on replacing 2 filters and a windshield wiper and then had me waiting even longer and turns out 2 of the 3 items weren't even in stock More

First and foremost, we regret that your oil change took longer than expected and that we sold you services that we couldn't promptly fulfill.
