First we really didn’t have any Service done when we owned Auto as of yet ! When we bought Vehicle the windshield was damaged so had to bring it back for replacement , and I spoke to the Service Manager owned Auto as of yet ! When we bought Vehicle the windshield was damaged so had to bring it back for replacement , and I spoke to the Service Manager rude & sarcastic to me ! Secondly , I asked to see the Safety check for Vehicle , it said oil & lube was done but mechanic forgot to zero out oil percentage used ! Thirdly , Safety check statement said that the Tire were changed at time of Check ! Both salesman & I looked at Tires , and agreed the Tires were Used , & Worn NOT New ! Fourth , there was a clamp under rear section of Vehicle loose ! More

Amanda my service tech was very nice and good to deal with. I appreciated the free loaner vehicle. But I paid $7100 for a diesel repair only to come pick up my truck over a week later with the check eng with. I appreciated the free loaner vehicle. But I paid $7100 for a diesel repair only to come pick up my truck over a week later with the check engine light still on, a half drank Mountain Dew can and some random tool in the front seat. I had to walk back in and ask that my truck be actually fixed. I feel like my time was wasted on a Friday early evening. If it wasn’t ready yet, I’d be willing to wait. Again, everyone I talked with and dealt with was extremely helpful and pleasant. But my check engine light was still on after over a week and me paying for a fixed truck. More
