The dealership is crooked, they take your money and they don’t show you no kind of paperwork letting you know what is going on. I have a complaint against lake city CJDR with the main office in Lutz Fla. waiting on a response from Linsey. A bad place to buy a car. My salesman was Catherine Robinson and she had no dealings and we were in her office she just sat there did nothing at all. Nobody explained anything to us. Just took my money and that Friday on August 9, 2024 I went to 3 banks asking the value of a new 2023 Chrysler 300S and all three of them said $31,000 and lake city charged us $38,900.00. We over prayed for the car they had it overpriced. I contacted the consumer protection bureau to file a complaint. And told them how everything went. And the manager Bob young was only there for 2 weeks so how can he figure up anything he doesn’t know what he’s doing neither Catherine Robinson, I think they need to be disciplined are fired.
