Graham gave me a cancellation of warranty to sign, with not a single dollar amount on it! Because he wasn't the one that closed the deal.Stated it could take up to 8 weeks to get reimbursed. That was 10 weeks ago🤔 Where's the return phone calls? Where's the money? Where's Morgan Auto Group who is supposed to be standing behind their brags of customer service? MIA But they got their money and commissions up front. While we pay interest on finds that were to be returned! More

The dealership is crooked, they take your money and they don’t show you no kind of paperwork letting you know what is going on. I felt like I was scam when I paid $30,000 dollars down and I had a 2022 Mazda cx-9 and bob young told us they gave us $19,000 dollars for our suv and other places offered $22,000 to $23,000 for our trade. I have a complaint against lake city CJDR with the main office in Lutz Fla. waiting on a response from Linsey. A bad place to buy a car. My salesman was Catherine Robinson and she had no dealings and we were in her office she just sat there did nothing at all. Nobody explained anything to us. Just took my money and that Friday on August 9, 2024 I went to 3 banks asking the value of a new 2023 Chrysler 300S and all three of them said $31,000 and lake city charged us $38,900.00. We over prayed for the car they had it overpriced. I contacted the consumer protection bureau to file a complaint. And told them how everything went. And the manager Bob young was only there for 2 weeks so how can he figure up anything he doesn’t know what he’s doing neither Catherine Robinson, I think they need to be disciplined are fired. Everyone was nice and polite. Took care of our needs. Would recommend the dealership and the employees.
