It was over a month and the vehicle still wasn't registered to me, and I hadn't received my permanent tag. I called to speak with managers, and it was the typical "I'll leave a message with them, and they'll get back with you" only for no one to get back with me. I liked that they had an on-site insurance broker to work with me to find the cheapest insurance. But, I still found a better deal on my own. More

Catherine Robinson was great. The vehicle I was interested in had a steering wheel problem which was fixed while I was there. It also had a very bad front end alignment problem pu The vehicle I was interested in had a steering wheel problem which was fixed while I was there. It also had a very bad front end alignment problem pulling to the right. The service department worked on it for 3 hours and on my second test drive it continued to pull right. This was a new Ram Power Wagon. It had 55 miles on it when I first tested it, so most likely others have driven it and also realized the problem. I drove 6 hours round trip to purchase the Ram and I wonder if anyone at the dealership knew about this problem or if it may have been damaged on a prior test drive? More
