Salesman was good. But the sales manager refused to remove the PPP+ from the sale. Then when got to the final signing I missed that they removed the PPP+ and moved the But the sales manager refused to remove the PPP+ from the sale. Then when got to the final signing I missed that they removed the PPP+ and moved the charges of $1995 to the final market price of the truck and removed the service. Misleading. Will never do business again!! More

Fast talk but slow work. My salesperson was great to work with. Wasn't pushy and overbearing. I was able to make a decent deal. I did receive more on my trade than other dealers. It just took over a month for them to pay off my trade. With my previous loan still active, that meant a late payment on my credit. It was over a month and the vehicle still wasn't registered to me, and I hadn't received my permanent tag. I called to speak with managers, and it was the typical "I'll leave a message with them, and they'll get back with you" only for no one to get back with me. I liked that they had an on-site insurance broker to work with me to find the cheapest insurance. But, I still found a better deal on my own. More
