It was a surprise experience. That day I purchased my vehicle. I don't think any one really came in to purchase a vehicle. Because we all thought that we had won a vehicle or 25 thousand cash. With no true winner of the contest. The only winner was Round Tree and Me. Because the sales person and the financial department Billy and the young black girl. " I don't know her name" But they where great. I love the Jeep and the help I received in getting into it. Billy knows the young ladies name I am referring too. Both myself and wife have purchased a number of new and used cars over the past 5+ decades. This was a new car purchase and we were pleased with the speed and ease at which we were able to complete this p used cars over the past 5+ decades. We would have to rate this dealership as the best buying experience we have had to date. Worst experience of my life. I signed a contract with terms of financing. Almost a month later I get a call from Breanna asking us to come up. I inquire about reason and she states for tag and title work terms of financing. Almost a month later I get a call from Breanna asking us to come up. I inquire about reason and she states for tag and title work. I go up there with my husband and 6 year old then next thing I know they are saying they needing proof of income. I at this point am aggravated because I realize I was lied to about why I was called in. Once they get my proof of income they tell me we are almost done. Next thing I know two more people show up to tell me that the finance company has not agreed to the terms and tell me the new terms. Higher payments and shorter term. At this point I am furious and so upset I was literally crying in their office.I was trapped with my husband and child at this car lot and the whole experience was a nightmare. I was basically trapped into a car payment that is more than my rent. I feel like something completely illegal just happened. There is so much more lies to the experience that I can’t even begin to go into. I wish I would have listened to all of the bad reviews from my friends and family. This place is like shark infested water. The only reason I stepped into this place originally was because of my “ definite” winning numbers on a flyer, which was also a lie, we did not even win a five dollar gift card. More

I had a very good experience with my salesman, Josh Ledogar, who was very professional, helpful, and did his best to answer all my questions. My experience with the finance person almost made me sorry Ledogar, who was very professional, helpful, and did his best to answer all my questions. I worry, now, because of him, if there are other things I may have missed or were misrepresented to me, especially by this finance person. More
Going into this I was skeptical because of the COVID and lack of inventory to choose from.
