I didn't think I needed any other work until an indicator showed, as I left the dealership, that I required an oil change. Needless to say no one inside the service department said anything. It comes on each time the car is started so there is no chance it went unobserved. I also had them quote on four new tires for my car. There figure for four tires and a front end alignment was "about $825.00" per Chad. I received a quote from Goodyear that narrowed the cost to the exact amount of what I would pay for the exact same tire. More

Underwhelmed I brought my F150 in for a recall on the block heater. I also asked that my rear tires be checked.... they were both losing air. Craig informed me tha I brought my F150 in for a recall on the block heater. I also asked that my rear tires be checked.... they were both losing air. Craig informed me that the left rear tire had a nail in it, and repaired it. He also said that he found nothing wrong with the right rear. When I looked at the display, the psi for the rt rear tire was 27 lbs..... how come he didn't fill that tire? Also was told that everything else checked out just fine..... but now my 'check engine' light is on. Hm. Wonder what's up. More

Appreciate their shuttle service, which was prompt and convenient. I reported that the turn signal occasionally doesn't work (faulty fuse (?) / short (?)). The day of the service, it was working. However, I would have expected to see on the report that at least the matter was looked at but it wasn't listed, hence only the 4 stars. Despite this, I will bring my Ford Edge here again in 5000 miles. More
