Know What Your Buying Before You Sign The salesman was professional and courtious. Not wanting any surprises or disappointments I informed the salesman of everything I would be inspecting and asked them to provide me with the same inspection and feedback. Everything went according to plan. The vehicle was everything I expected and I made the purchase. I would've given five stars except for one big thing. The advertised photos included the vehicles floor mats. I didn't notice the floor mats weren't in the vehicle when I looked over the car. I only realized the floormats weren't in the vehicle when I arrived home. I made contact with Braeger Ford and they simply stated that I bought the vehicle AS-IS. This does not instill any confidence in me regarding Braeger's customer service once you've signed the paperwork. More
