I am familiar with your deal and yes, our sales consultant definitely dropped the ball. We were not aware that this was going on until it was too late. We have since parted ways with this particular sales consultant, as our customers are too important to us. We pride ourselves on our customer satisfaction and when we have a team member that does not share those values...we have to move on. Please accept our apologies and I hope you will give us another opportunity down the road.
