We would rate him as excellent in all categories. From doing our previous research we knew that the Taurus was highly rated and we have not been disappointed. This is the first time we purchased a car from Braeger Ford. We still have (and use) a 1993 ford taurus. Ryan has been in touch with us since our purchase and we've been back to see him for some additional tutoring in regard to some of the computer functions.
