Not bad. Just okay. Generally I'm a pessimist when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships, although Ryan was a pretty good guy to work with. I knew pretty much exactly what I wanted and they were happy to oblige. There's several things I noticed which I would caution other potential buyers about. First, the finance guy. I wanted a lower monthly payment on a lease, which they did manage to do but only by choosing a higher model Escape (SE vs. S), which saved $20 a month. This is because the residual value was higher on the SE model, which also means paying more if choosing to buy the vehicle at the end of the lease. I knew this going into it, but the math for me still put the vehicle in range of where I wanted to be. I would caution other buyers who may not realize this, lest they be steamrolled into a more expensive vehicle without realizing the trade-off. Secondly, the price of the vehicle itself was never brought up. You can negotiate prices on a lease, however I qualified for Ford's X-Plan (or so I was told), so it was a fixed price offered by Ford. However, the fixed price I was offered did not match the fixed price on Ford's x-plan. The only reason I didn't complain or leave entirely was because the price I paid with customer rebate was lower than the x-plan price, which I'm going to, in good faith, believe doesn't include any rebates as it's below invoice. Overall, according to truecar, I received a "fair price". Can I complain? Probably, as there's slight deception at play. Is it worth it? In the end I'm happy with the SUV and the price is what I wanted to pay. Everybody wins. Overall? I liked working with Ryan, he's a pretty straightforward, nice guy to deal with. As for the dealership? I think the shady factor increased a bit. But I'm not blaming the salesman. That's finance and the floor manager's department. Would I go back? The only reason I stayed this time is because Ryan worked with me for a really long time and that meant a lot. I would check prices next time, but not without visiting competing dealerships first. Would I recommend it to anyone else? Yes, with the caveat being do your homework before coming in. They're out there to make money first. Might as well go with the dealership looking to make money and give you the best deal. There's no shortage of them out there. More
First Service of 2014 Ford Escape I brought in my Ford Escape for it's 1st oil change and to have the lift gate checked for a minor problem. The problem with the lift gate was corrected in less then 15 minutes and the oil change was done quickly as well. I was completely satisfied with the service and attention I received. The salesman who sold me the vehicle also took time out to help me sync up my iPod. More

Excellent Experience! I arrived for my appointment promptly at 8:00 a.m. and was told the maintenance for my Ford Edge would take approximately 1 hour and would cost $X. I I arrived for my appointment promptly at 8:00 a.m. and was told the maintenance for my Ford Edge would take approximately 1 hour and would cost $X. I settled into the waiting room and started watching a show on my iPad (Netflix). I was only halfway through the show and the service manager came to me and told me; 1) my vehicle was ready and 2) the maintenance only cost 1/2 of what I was originally quoted. Thus, I was on my way ahead of schedule and with more money in my pocket. All in all, a wonderful maintenance experience at Braeger Ford. I highly recommend this dealer!! More

As soon as I arrived at Braeger, he offered me a test drive for the vehicle I had specified. Afterwards, I asked for a price quote on the cost for the exact edition I wanted. John was able to get me a price immediately, unlike other local dealerships. John was very helpful in providing what I thought was a reasonable price from the beginning, and then helping me reach the exact price I wanted to pay. John was by far the most professional salesman I have ever dealt with, and I will go back to him without hesitation when I decide to purchase another vehicle. John Studt made the buying process as simple as possible, he was informative in giving me a comprehensive explanation of all of the car's features, and above all else, he was not pushy or disrespectful in any way. Overall, I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from John Studt at Braeger Ford to any family member or friend in the future. More
