Great experience I called Tim about the vehicle I ended up purchasing the day before I came in. He wasn't scheduled to work the next day in the morning but made a spe I called Tim about the vehicle I ended up purchasing the day before I came in. I stopped by that night to see the car. He is very polite spend time with me in the car showing me how everything worked. From the first moment walking in and being greeted at the door with truly genuine care, to how carefully the sales associate (Nick) listened to my needs and wants, to how smooth and simple the financing process was working with Heather, i felt like I was on good hands the whole 2 days. After bringing home my new car and showing it off to my friends, my boyfriend was impressed at how "awesome I was at getting a good deal." I took the compliment, but my little secret, it was aallll Braeger lol. Best part was meeting the manager Dan. He came out to introduce himself and offer any help. I had a few questions he helped put me at ease about, and His sense of humour was a great way to help pass the time during all if the paperwork.
