Our overall experience with the folks at Braeger was good. We made an appointment to consider the used Kia for sale. Due to weather we arrived much earlier and although Tony was busy with another cust good. We made an appointment to consider the used Kia for sale. Due to weather we arrived much earlier and although Tony was busy with another customer Jim took over seamlessly. We drove and inspected the car. They brought it into the showroom for us as it was dark and icy outside. They scheduled the next day meeting for final terms and purchase and Tony was our salesman. All our questions were answered and the deal went smoothly. Sam was prepared and efficient at the deal closing. We look forward to the 30 day follow up visit they allow for any concerns/problems that we find after using the car for a time. That is a great policy and we expect another positive experience in addressing any issues. More

Worked primarily with Tony, thankfully when the time came to pick up the Jeep that I was looking for, Tony and Sam both worked diligently to make sure the vehicle could be financed!
