I purchased my third Fusion from this dealership (2006,2010) on 03.26.2013,had been playing e-mail tag with Nick Segal 2 weeks b 4 my Wife and I went to the Ford store to look at three black/black F (2006,2010) on 03.26.2013,had been playing e-mail tag with Nick Segal 2 weeks b 4 my Wife and I went to the Ford store to look at three black/black Fusions that Nick had e-mailed the info on,This was Saturday March 23rd the store was very busy due to the comfortable temperature that day.As we walked in Dan recognized me due to a previous sale of a 92' Cadillac Eldorado ...... We exchanged some pleasantries and then I told him I had been e-mail tagging with Nick Segal,Nick was with a customer but took the time to step out and greet.We didn't have time that day to return to the store so I said I'll stop in on Monday. I was preapproved with Landmark CU weeks ago so I knew what price point to work with.I decided to go with a car on the showroom floor a Fusion SE black/black. I didn't even test drive the car cause I knew what to expect and signed the deal and was on my way in 2hrs. with my new car. What I didn't expect was the how the new fusion is a lot better than the other two that I driven.....handling,ride,seating,cabin comfort,technology and body style. I bought two cars within 6 months time. One car I financed and I cannot say enough about Amanda the great service the finance department gave me. Looking for an oil change and emissions test, on a 2000 Ford explorer I came to Braeger Ford. I was greeted at the service station by a mechanic who took me to see a service rep. The rep he took me to did not ask me how she could help or what i needed. She simply said "hi" and stared at me with a look of indifference. I told her that i was interested in getting an oil change and an emissions test. She asked "do you have an appointment," I replied "No." She then told me they could not do the oil change, but could do the emissions test. She then asked for the emissions paper from the WI DOT which I did not have (my mistake) When I told her i did not have it she rudely told me I needed it. I intended to reply that at a different dealer we did not need the paper from the DOT, but before I could finish she cut me off, and VERY RUDELY told me that they could not help me. I tried to have her hear my point twice, but both times was cut off. I asked to speak to the service manger, and she condescendingly told me she was the service manager. VERY RUDE and UNFRIENDLY I rated your service as "very bad" because the service manager Jessie Jablonowski was extremely rude when I tried to access some services that Braeger Ford offers. More
I was looking to buy my first car and had no idea what to expect. The employees were very friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions and explained everything in a way I was able to understand. Af expect. Tom Carroll was a pleasure to work with. He kindly decided to help us, even though he normally didn't sell used cars. We thought that the process was really long and got kind of tiring my the end of t decided to help us, even though he normally didn't sell used cars. We thought that the process was really long and got kind of tiring my the end of the day. I think we were there for a little over 5 hours, and we only test drove 3 cars. It would have been nice to have taken it home the day of, but waiting two days wasn't bad, and it was nice having a full tank of gas and the car checked and cleaned out. The process when we picked up the car was a little long, but it was quick enough. Heather Kruse was so much fun to work with. She was honest and got as a great rate on our loan! Three chears to Heather! She is awesome! Overall, the experience was good. We had only anticipated to look at cars/suv on that Saturday, and ended up buying a used 2012 Fusion SEL. We love our car! We were looking for a new car and were undecided on which one to select. It was between a Taurus and an Edge, we looked them over top to bottom inside and out. I sat in both several times drove them and s one to select. It was between a Taurus and an Edge, we looked them over top to bottom inside and out. I sat in both several times drove them and still wasn't sure which one to go with. James tried to help with what ever we needed and in the end we decided on the Taurus. We worked out the price and purchased the car. We drove away feeling good about the car the deal and the dealership. We've bought many Ford products in the past, this was about as pleasant as it could be. Thanks for the help, looking forward to good service in the future. More
