My wife and I took a train from Michigan to Milwaukee where we were picked up by Rik and then driven to the dealership to pick up the car. Rik took the time to explain many of the cars features and answer our questions. We were then provided with helpful information on resteraunts and motels by the lady in the finance office. My experience with Braeger Ford has been a very positive experience both times I have leaned on them for help. About a month prior to buying my Ford Expedition from Nick Sigel at Braeger Ford I had a mis experience both times I have leaned on them for help. About a month prior to buying my Ford Expedition from Nick Sigel at Braeger Ford I had a misfire in the engine of my Ford Explorer while driving through Milwaukee. Jessie in their service department understood I just needed the bare essential repair to get home 6 hours away so I could take my truck to my local Ford dealer where I have family working and obtain a family rate on parts and labor. Jessie had me in and out in an hour and back on the road to Minnesota. Unfortunately about 20 minutes after I left the shop at Braeger Ford I was hit by another truck and both vehicles involved were totaled. Traveling through Milwaukee from Minnesota a month later in a rental car I figured it would be worth a look to see what Braeger Ford had on the lot. I looked at their website and found what I was looking for at a price I could appreciate. Upon entering the lot and taking a look at the Expedition I seen on the website Nick Sigel was right there to assist me. We took the truck on a test drive and Nick was helpful to answer all the questions I had on the vehicle and we made a deal on the truck that night. I had business in Chicago and could not seal the deal until the end of that week. By the end of that week Nick had all the paperwork ready, had the truck all shined up, full tank of gas and even got the satellite radio service connected. Nick even made arrangements for my rental car to get returned for me so after the paperwork was completed all I had to do was hop in my new truck and head home. Long story short Nick, Jessie and the financing gal (sorry i forgot her name) all deserves a huge Thank You from me.
