I found the car I eventually ended up getting online and when I went to look at it, Braeger Ford we very helpful. Rik even let me look at the car after the dealership closed. No one I know have been to this dealership before, so I had no idea what to expect. But I had looked on their website for some used cars prior going there, so I kind of knew what I wanted, but still didn't had no idea what to expect. Once we got there, we were greeted by a very nice man, Nick Sigel. Very pleasant and friendly. He wasn't pushy and let us walk around by ourselves (which I really appreciate). Once we got towards the end of the lot, he came back to check on us. Nothing really caught my eyes until I saw this silver Nissan Altima. I initially wanted a Mazda, but after giving that a test drive, I decided to give the Nissan a try instead. Fell in love with the Nissan, but wanted to talk to my parents about it first. Again, Nick excused himself and offered us some water. It was very hot that day! After giving it much consideration, I told Nick I was interested in Nissan and he setup another appointment as I had to leave early for a wedding. On the next appointment, I brought in my old car to see their estimation was for a trade in. Their price was slightly lower than what I had hoped for, but went along with it after they showed the final price, discount, saving etc. Dan McKnight helped put some sense into my head as I still was a bit hesitant at that time. Overall, the process was pretty quick. Two days later, I signed all the paperwork and got my car! This was my first time purchasing a car under my name, so the paperwork bit was a little overwhelming. Michelle was very helpful too in explaining some of the terms and coverage. I was a little too excited that I didn't realize my name was spelled incorrectly (just a tiny bit). So my advice is just to check all those little details before leaving to avoid any additional work on your part. Again, my visit was very pleasant. Nick was friendly, helpful, and honest. I am not a great negotiator but the price they set was definitely a great deal. Very happy and satisfied customer. Would definitely recommend it! More

I had a great experiance working with the people at this dealership. After finding the car I wanted at another dealership much closer to my home..I found that Braeger had it priced much lower. I had already signed papers for the other dealer but my loan officer at the bank talked me into going to Braeger to see what they would give me for my trade in since the other dealer dind't really want to give me what I wanted. So I took the nearly one hour drive to Braeger and really happy that I did. Both dealers went back and forth on what they would give me for my trade. In the end I bought the car from Braeger. They were very helpful...called my insurance company to get things switched over, and dealt with the title of my trade being from Ohio. What makes this dealer even better is that my mom was interested in the same car and I thought that I would be nice and take her to the original dealer that is near my house to give them another shot. The guy was not very nice and didn't seem to want our business. They only wanted to give my mom $5000 at most for her trade a (2006 Chevy Impala) and they wouldn't budge. We left there and they didn't even thank us for are coming in. The sales guy was very sarcastic and not very friendly. We went home and immediatly called James. Just over the phone and with 10 pictures they gave my mom a better quote for here trade then this other dealer did with it in person. We set up an appointment to meet with James the next day. In the end my mom ended up getting $1450 more for her trade at Braeger then the other dealer would give her. She ended up buying the car from Braeger. Once again the other dealer lost out when I tried to help them out by bringing my mom and they were just rude, not very nice and sarcastic. It was well worth the nearly hour drive to Braeger, and after the experience my mom had at the dealership near our home I was very happy that I didn't give them by business. More

I visted Braeger Ford looking to test drive a new 2013 Escape Titanium I saw on their website. I really liked the new Escape, so we worked out the details and I agreed to purchase it when it came in. Couple weeks later we found out that the one I was looking for had been hail damaged/totalled and would not be coming in. John and Luis went out of their way to find me another vehicle that would meet my requirements and that they could get in for me. Ended up finding a Ruby Red 2013 Escape Titanium 4WD, and they literally had it in for me within a couple of days. I love the new Escape, and I've been very impressed by the service received from the dealership so far. What originally brought me in to Braeger Ford was that they had the original vehicle I wanted, but what will keep me as a customer is the service they gave me not only during the initial sales process but when things didn't go exactly as planned.
