After I drove home before paint protection was put I noticed Brand new truck paid for every package Paint upgrade, fabric guard bumper to bumper. After I drove home before paint protection was put I noticed some paint damage on door. Went back right to let them know. Great people noted it was likely from the wrapping when shipping they will take care of when they do paint protection. First week goes by I call to see when work will be complete. Assured they will call me. I stopped by three days later. Oh still waiting on paint. Finally had a call and dropped off today. Your here for Paint protection ? Yes and chipped paint. No one wrote down or person did not look. Handed key to loaner and off I go to jump in loaner. No directions on to operate the xxxx car. Nothing no help very disappointing. 5 minutes later I was on my way. Truck looks awesome by the way. Should have know when had issues getting a hold of sales. More

I visited the Service Dept at Lake Ford the other morning and was quickly met in the service bay drive-in area by Craig. He was there with a smile, pen and paper in hand to address my needs, extremely profe and was quickly met in the service bay drive-in area by Craig. Having gone in without an appt, I was given a 90-min expected wait time and was pleasantly surprised to be on our way within an hour's time! More
