Great Same Day Service Took my car in for oil change, tire rotation and a recall. They got me in same day I called. Told me it may take 2 hours and it only took one. They Took my car in for oil change, tire rotation and a recall. They got me in same day I called. Told me it may take 2 hours and it only took one. They wash your car after service. My only suggestion is they get a dryer in the car wash but my car appreciated the bath anyway. More

Quick, easy, professional. I went in to get a service recall taken care of and another issue. They informed me that the problem would be taken care of via manufacturers warrant I went in to get a service recall taken care of and another issue. Recall service The service staff was outstanding. I received a recall notice I called to make the appointment and was informed the parts had to be ordered and they w The service staff was outstanding. Two days later they called me stating the parts had arrived I scheduled an appointment for the next day. I dealt with three different service associates who all knew what I was talking about because the associates I had previously dealt were busy with other customers. Overall great experience. More

Unorganized and slow response Took a while to speak to someone and once we did they didn’t have the answers to our questions immediately. New front brakes, air filter, and battery Service was excellent, don’t in a timely matter. Only complaint I have was the cost. Over 500.00 to due just the front brakes then another 200.00 for Service was excellent, don’t in a timely matter. Only complaint I have was the cost. Over 500.00 to due just the front brakes then another 200.00 for a battery and air filter is a little high. My bill came to 757.00. And the extra maintenance package I bought with the truck didn’t cover any of this. More
