A unique dealership I cant say enough about the Braeger dealership - from the initial sale to the consistent performance on vehicle service. First Service of 2014 Ford Escape I brought in my Ford Escape for it's 1st oil change and to have the lift gate checked for a minor problem. The problem with the lift gate was correcte I brought in my Ford Escape for it's 1st oil change and to have the lift gate checked for a minor problem. The problem with the lift gate was corrected in less then 15 minutes and the oil change was done quickly as well. I was completely satisfied with the service and attention I received. The salesman who sold me the vehicle also took time out to help me sync up my iPod. More

Excellent Experience! I arrived for my appointment promptly at 8:00 a.m. and was told the maintenance for my Ford Edge would take approximately 1 hour and would cost $X. I I arrived for my appointment promptly at 8:00 a.m. and was told the maintenance for my Ford Edge would take approximately 1 hour and would cost $X. I settled into the waiting room and started watching a show on my iPad (Netflix). I was only halfway through the show and the service manager came to me and told me; 1) my vehicle was ready and 2) the maintenance only cost 1/2 of what I was originally quoted. Thus, I was on my way ahead of schedule and with more money in my pocket. All in all, a wonderful maintenance experience at Braeger Ford. I highly recommend this dealer!! More
