Awesome experience I would recommend Braeger to anyone, we have a 2010 car with only 15,000 miles. One of the air flow motors went. Called Ewald, as that's where we purc I would recommend Braeger to anyone, we have a 2010 car with only 15,000 miles. One of the air flow motors went. Called Ewald, as that's where we purchased the car, after getting a price asked if they would be able to get it paid thru the warranty as it was expired not by miles by years. They wouldn't help we bought many cars through them. After a lot if disappointment and getting no where. We called Braeger told them the situation. Between the customer service manager at Ford and Andy our service writer they were able to get it paid thru the warranty. Braeger went the extra mile to help the customer. We will be going to Braeger going forward for service and buying. Thank you Andy (service writer) and Frank (customer service manager) this is one happy customer. More

Oil change and 1st service appointment I had an appointment for 10:00 and was taken promptly. I was told it would take approximately an hour and that was actual as well... brakes, tires an I had an appointment for 10:00 and was taken promptly. Great Service Advisor! My contact with Braeger Ford started at 7:30 a.m., when I called to make an appointment for an oil change. I was initially told the earliest appointm My contact with Braeger Ford started at 7:30 a.m., when I called to make an appointment for an oil change. I was initially told the earliest appointment would be in the afternoon, but when I told the service advisor I was speaking to (Brad Ory) that I was hoping for a morning slot, he went out of his way to juggle the service schedule to get me in at 9:00 a.m. Once I arrived, Brad immediately got me set up with the necessary paperwork and showed me to the customer waiting area. Within 30 minutes, my vehicle was serviced, and I was on my way. I really appreciated Brad going out of his way to meet my service needs, and will definitely return to Braeger Ford!! Mark Anhalt More

Excellent service I've had a few fords over the years and have experienced service departments at several ford dealers in the Milwaukee area. This one is by far the bes I've had a few fords over the years and have experienced service departments at several ford dealers in the Milwaukee area. This one is by far the best in my experience. The staff is top notch and they always keep me in the loop about what's going on with my car. They do good work and don't sell me services I don't need. More
