RAM Tailgate Recall I went in for a RAM Tailgate recall. Mine had come loose a couple times and the only thing that kept it from dropping down was my bed cover. After thi I went in for a RAM Tailgate recall. Mine had come loose a couple times and the only thing that kept it from dropping down was my bed cover. After this recall was supposedly done, the next time I had to open my tailgate it wouldn't shut completely which makes me wonder if the recall was actually done. I will be aware of it the next week or two and if it continues to happen, I will be back to have it corrected properly. More

Poor over priced service Over priced. The last time I got an oil change with tire rotation it cost me $46. This time it cost $77. Tire pressure light was on when I brought th Over priced. Ask if they would turn it off since all tires had proper inflation. When I got van back the light was still on. Went back in to service department and brought it to the man sitting at the desk. He said drive it for about 10 miles and if it did not go off bring it back. He had no concerns or interest in my complaint. More
