Best experience in purchasing a vehicle I requested a 2019 Cherokee Jeep Limited thru the internet. My request of assigned to Scott Nichols who was wonderful in assuring my buying experience I requested a 2019 Cherokee Jeep Limited thru the internet. My request of assigned to Scott Nichols who was wonderful in assuring my buying experience was the best. He took me for a test drive and explained all of the features. He did so in a way of there was no pressure on me to buy. The vehicle spoke for itself. When we took delivery he explained all of the features and allowed me to practice learning the features. What I appreciated most was after I returned home I had questions about how to access some features and I called his cell phone. He answered my questions over the phone to my satisfaction. He also told me if I had other questions to not hesitate to call him again. Now that is service. I drove 57 miles to get to the dealership and will do again when I need another vehicle. More

NOT HAPPY!!! Over the last 10 days I have been there 4 times and spent over 1300.00. The communication was poor and I do not believe that my issue has been resolve Over the last 10 days I have been there 4 times and spent over 1300.00. When I picked up my car yesterday my engine light came on before I could even get out of the parking lot. There is still something wrong with my car but I can not spend another dime or spend anymore time sitting in your waiting room for you all to try to fix my issues. I am very dissatisfied that I have paid ALL of this money and my car is not fixed. NOT HAPPY!!! More

Took longer than expected and no one explained why. They said it would take 1 hr. At 1:45 I asked why it was taking so long. The answer was ""Oh it's done they just need to bring it around".
