100% wonderful experience! I was in a rush. My experience put them to the test and they passed with flying colors. I was planning on purchasing 2 months down the road for person I was in a rush. I was planning on purchasing 2 months down the road for personal reasons, however I needed to get to NJ super fast for a family emergency and every car rental company within 2 hours was booked. Last min around 7:30 I contacted them and they responded via email extremely quickly saying come on down. I had no down payment, and was in a total rush needing to leave town at 6am the next morning. Sure enough I drove home in my perdy Jeep. I love it and they were soooo very accommodating. The experience was absolutely great! Brad stayed after doors were locked to make sure I knew everything he could teach me about the components of my Jeep! More

Parts and labor were good but customer service failed Made an appt to for Thursday at 1:15. Dropped car off at 11am and then received a called that after to update me. They were to call when my car was finished. They never did. I had to call Friday at 3:30 and then was told they had to call me back because they were just too busy. I called back an hour later. Same story...they were too busy to tell me anything. Said they would call me. Finally at 530 I called back and it was ready and Adam told me the time stamp that the car was invoices out was 6:52 THURSDAY! When I picked up my vehicle at 6pm Friday, Brooke told me that she was sorry but she was just the receptionist! Really?!? That’s her job to call me when the car was finished. She said the paperwork was not at her desk. This place has struggled with customer service for the four years I’ve had my vehicle. Disheartening to buy a price of crap car from here and then have to deal with incompetent people. More
