Took all day and I had to call several times to get an updat Poor response and lack of trust. Ask for check engine light to be checked. Dropped truck off at 9 am and did not hear back. Had to call several times to actually speak to someone. She said the part was not under warranty. I did say to fix it but 5 min later I called back and told them not to fix it if it was not under warranty. 45 minutes later she calls back and says it was to late the tech had already fixed it. It was 15 min before they closed and the only option I had to get the truck was pay. The keys were left up front. We have been customers for more than 10 years and have bought more than 10 vehicle from you not to mention the referrals we have sent. This is not the first time we have had issues with the service department but it will be the last. I don’t appreciate the lack of communication or leaving me now chose but to pay. More

I never have to wait very long and the pricing is probably better than a lot of oil change shops in the area. I never have an issue with being upsold on products that I don't need. It's a quick in and out, get the oil changed and the tires rotated and I'm on my way. More
Keep your receipt We purchased a used vehicle in 2016 along with an extended warranty. Every time we come in for service they tell us that our warranty is expired and We purchased a used vehicle in 2016 along with an extended warranty. Every time we come in for service they tell us that our warranty is expired and that they have no record of us purchasing an extended warranty. That’s when I very politely present the receipt for the extended warranty. Honestly, without that physical receipt i guess I would be out of luck and my money would have been wasted. No one ever apologizes or offers to get their records corrected. I wonder how many people they’ve sold warranties to who are then paying full price for service just because they didn’t save their receipt? More

Has not been fixed and no one has told me what might be wrong with it. I do not trust the car and am actually afraid of it since it stalled on me on the rail road track near my home. Whenever U carry it in, it is returned with an almost flippant ,it's fixed, no explanation of what was wrong or what they did to fix it. Last time after 6 weeks the guy told me they had adjusted the fuel pump. You know there is something basically flawed about this car. I know it. Do something about it. More

Honesty with Integrity I found my Lake Keowee vehicle of all places...on ebay! The advertised buy it now price was very fair, in fact my local dealer told me no one could se I found my Lake Keowee vehicle of all places...on ebay! The advertised buy it now price was very fair, in fact my local dealer told me no one could sell that vehicle for that price. He even looked up the vin number and printed out the window sticker, and compared it to the one on his lot. He determined it must be a scam. Wrong! I made the trip and bought the vehicle for the advertised price...no hassles no problems, they even gave me what I wanted for my trade. The salesperson "Justin" was great and the finance guy "Dan" made that process a breeze. More
