I will never take my jeep here again, nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone. The service is terrible, they take forever, and my car came out with more problems than it went in with. I dropped my car off to replace two parts, which was approximately a two day job, and it was there for 3 weeks. The communication was awful. No one ever called me with updates, I had to call and usually be told someone would call me back and never did. They don’t utilize multiple mechanics for a vehicle, but send the assigned mechanic out of town - which extended the amount of time it was there, but was never communicated. I was finally told that after 3 weeks my car would be ready for me to pick it up at 5:30, but it was not ready when I got there. After I picked my car up, the next day I found a mouse nest. Four days after I picked it up, the water pump went out. My water pump was perfectly fine when I dropped it off - I checked everything myself before bringing it in. I called the service center to speak to a manager, who swore up and down that they did not have mice in the building, but then suddenly said that there was a car there a few days ago that had mice in it. The manager said he would call me back to verify if it was my vehicle (I’m still waiting for a call) and he never even let me tell him about my water pump. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT QUICK SERVICE OR YOUR CAR TO COME BACK INTACT!!! More
Purchased a new 2021 challenger from Mr. Mark West. The entire process was very smooth and transparent. Exactly what a car buying experience should be. Oil change & rotation. Fast, efficient, and on time. This is a good dealer. The do have one issue poor phone communication. I had an excellent experience at Lake Keowee Dodge. I bought a 2019 VW Jetta and I just love it. My sales-man was Sam Clucas. He was fantastic. Very kind and patient. Answered all my questions and wa bought a 2019 VW Jetta and I just love it. My sales-man was Sam Clucas. He was fantastic. Very kind and patient. Answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the cars I test-drove. Christian was just as wonderful with finding the best financing for me. A huge thanks to both of these guys. I have a 2016 f250 gas and recently dropped it off for a cel and loss of power. I have some mechanic background and knew what the issue was but do not have the tools at home to do it. I was told they would change the battery and put plugs and wires in. Upon picking up my truck I seen they had not cleaned the battery cable ends or even made an attempt to do so. I was on my way to another dealer in Anderson when I decided to look at what Lake Keowee might have. The salesman, Mr. John Banks asked a few questions and within minutes brought the perfect RAM for o decided to look at what Lake Keowee might have. Extremely disappointing. Treated me as if I were stupid. Said it just needed a tuneup. Didnt check what I asked them to. Turns out it was what I asked them to check. Sale was awesome Jordan but service leaves a lot to be desired. you want me to honor my end of the agreement but you are unwilling to honor yours. More
