Trey in finance said he was GIVING me a Mopar service deal and GIVING me a tire and wheel protection plan. I found later he charged me $1125 for the service plan and $800 for the tire plan. I specifically asked if I could get my truck serviced close to home. Trey said yes. The contract says I missed bring it to his dealership which is two hours from my home. Trey also said he was giving a Mopar service plan but it was some cheap Global administrators plan. All designed to pad Treys pocket no doubt. I cannot understand why these people would want to steal a few dollars from me if they valued my return business. Steer far away from these folks, far far away. More

I will never take my jeep here again, nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone. The service is terrible, they take forever, and my car came out with more problems than it went in with. I dropped my car off to replace two parts, which was approximately a two day job, and it was there for 3 weeks. The communication was awful. No one ever called me with updates, I had to call and usually be told someone would call me back and never did. They don’t utilize multiple mechanics for a vehicle, but send the assigned mechanic out of town - which extended the amount of time it was there, but was never communicated. I was finally told that after 3 weeks my car would be ready for me to pick it up at 5:30, but it was not ready when I got there. After I picked my car up, the next day I found a mouse nest. Four days after I picked it up, the water pump went out. My water pump was perfectly fine when I dropped it off - I checked everything myself before bringing it in. I called the service center to speak to a manager, who swore up and down that they did not have mice in the building, but then suddenly said that there was a car there a few days ago that had mice in it. The manager said he would call me back to verify if it was my vehicle (I’m still waiting for a call) and he never even let me tell him about my water pump. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT QUICK SERVICE OR YOUR CAR TO COME BACK INTACT!!! More

I have a 2016 f250 gas and recently dropped it off for a cel and loss of power. I have some mechanic background and knew what the issue was but do not have the tools at home to do it. I was told they would change the battery and put plugs and wires in. Upon picking up my truck I seen they had not cleaned the battery cable ends or even made an attempt to do so.
