Just looking until we saw the inventory, pricing, and were overwhelmed by the staffs curtesy compared to our local dealership. My son is 24, single, a college graduate, a staff account, and is paying off his student loan. The first new car purchase can be devastating to an individual, monaterily and emotionally. The way the staff listened and dealt with both of us was priceless! The customer service they showed is extremely hard to find in this or any industry! We drove out with a new Jeep of my sons dream but far greater than that is the life long relationship we both will have now with Lake Keowee Chrysler Dodge Jeep due to a salesman and financial mans kindness, professionalism, and customer service. What a life changing experience for both of us! More

Right vehicle, great team! I found a specific vehicle on AutTrader that I had been hunting online for a while. When I left, I felt like I had done a deal with family - Mark and others are proud of their team I'm sure, but they exceeded my expectations - and thats not always easy to do! More

Much better than a root canal! While doing my research on SUV's I happened upon this 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude at Lake Keowee dealership. It had my name on it! Mark Williams says on his TV commercials to search all the other dealerships and come to me last. So that's exactly what I did. And I am so glad I did because I did not meet any nicer sales reps. It didn't matter if they were the ones making the deal or waiting on someone else. They were genuinely concerned that you were being well taken care of. Our original appointment was with John Owens but he was busy and gave us to Drew Edney. The time we spent there was relaxed. Drew was upfront about our options. We didn't have to take any of the options. He didn't shove it down our throat. We made our decision in a very comfortable way. He even brought Mark in to his office. WOW...WHAT A GUY. So much better looking than on TV. And Mark is definitely NOT just for show. He puts his pants on just like anybody else....one leg at a time. That's a true guy. Can't wait to meet the service department. I hear they are out of this world. So if you're tired of the xx go to Lake Keowee :) More

Service Department I had a new radio/navigation replaced on my 2009 Jeep Wrangler. Total cost was $1700 and the work was performed at a Jeep dealership in Maryland. My I had a new radio/navigation replaced on my 2009 Jeep Wrangler. Total cost was $1700 and the work was performed at a Jeep dealership in Maryland. My daughter attends Clemson and took the Jeep from Maryland to SC the day immediately after the repairs. The radio was faulty from the manufacturer and the Maryland dealer offered to work with Lake Keowee to replace the the warranted system. Lake Keowee made absolutely no attempt to work with the Maryland dealer on a warrantied Jeep part and further told me that they would replace it for $2100 and nothing less. After a few calls and repeated poor customer service, I drove from Florida to give my daughter my car, and returned the Jeep to the Maryland dealership for a radio replacement. The service manager even went so far as to lie about receiving the paperwork when the Jeep was dropped off and made no attempt to resolve the issue. In my opinion, the service department was more interested in charging me for additional repairs then making any good faith effort to assist me with their products. And by the way- they charged me a $90 diagnostic fee on top of the poor service. More

Came through in the end I recently bought a 2013 Ram 2500 and absolutely love the truck. However there was an issue with the tires that were on it.
