They sale lemons here. Me and my wife stopped in to the dealership after she found a 2010 jeep liberty she liked on the net. We talked to one of the sales guy, he was ok but Me and my wife stopped in to the dealership after she found a 2010 jeep liberty she liked on the net. We talked to one of the sales guy, he was ok but was not to much on knowledge of this vehicle. We talked awhile and was not coming to any kind of agreement. I was a little hesitant about the Jeep( with the guy not knowing much about the jeep,his words). Then walks in Mr. Mark Williams saying what can we do to make this deal happen tonight. He said the Jeep was in great shape. He guarnteed it. Well it started shaking,skipping and slipping. Tranny gone. They replaced it took 11 days with no call backs or letting me know what was going on. Then got there and water all under vehicle. Water pump gone they charged me 200 bucks for that. Could have been 400_450 they said. But I bought the lemon from them. So got vehicle back and still skipping even got Mark to ride with me and he said he felt it too. Then told me a day later he could not get the jeep to duplicate the problem so come get it and don't come back to his shop. I urge anyone looking for a car DO NOT BELIEVE THIS MR. WILLIAMS. He came in and told me himself that this was a good jeep but it was NOT a good jeep. Please BEWARE. This dealership will NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SALE OR THE WORK THEY DO. More
