I had been looking to purchase a all black 1st I would like to give a huge thanks to Lake Keowee, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership in Seneca, SC. I had been looking to purchase a all black 1st Gen Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 for some time now. I had looked at few in the last year, but to be only disappointed by the conditions that most were in. I happen to look on Lake Keowee's website and found a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 all black so I called to inquire about it. I had spoken to John Owens ( salesman ) about the Jeep that I was interested in. John told me the condition of the Jeep was in very good shape just a few minor imperfections but overall not nothing bad. I thought to myself this is to good to be true, so he took a credit application over the phone and in a few hours he called me back to say everything looked great and we were good to go. So when I arrived John took me out to look at the Jeep and at that moment I knew I was taking it back home before I even drove it. The condition was way better than I expected. I would like to give a big thanks to John Owens ( salesman ), Dan Puteri ( finance manager ) and Stacy Cowan ( sales manager ). Stacy Cowan communicated with me during and even after the sale of my Jeep to be for sure if I was happy with everything. I am an extremely hard person to please and I found myself leaving beyond happy with my purchase. They both really helped with helping me get within budget and keeping to specific standards I set from the beginning. After the purchase (which consisted of DVD's), I worked with Drew exclusively. If there was ever an update on something or info he had for me, he immediately let me know! There were times that I texted him asking for something/information and he replied immediately with an answer or he would acknowledge my text and let me know shortly after. There was a time I actually text him one night about another new car I was interested in (later down the road from first purchase) and he said he would look into it the next day. I honestly thought he would have forgotten (I would), but he did NOT. Maybe 30 minutes after they opened he texted me and said.. Here is what I can do for you! He was actually off one day and helped me at all possible, actually telling me he would meet me at the store if I was ready to pursue that day! Much appreciated, Drew. great UNTIL you buyg Husband and I bought a dodge truck from them that was suppose to be "certified pre-owned". Had the truck 3 weeks and hadn't even made a payment yet a Husband and I bought a dodge truck from them that was suppose to be "certified pre-owned". Had the truck 3 weeks and hadn't even made a payment yet and had to spend $100 on deductible to get rear wheel sensor repaired. Week later same thing happened and had to get the left rear wheel sensor repaired. Had the truck back a week and my husband went under the truck to see how hard it would be to change the oil himself and he saw transmission fluid leaking. Ended up being a small issue we wouldn't have be pay for but we had to drive an hour to take it back AGAIN. When he walked up to service desk he was told it would take longer than the day they previously told him it would take and offered him no rental. We will never step foot back in that place again and we regret buying from them. If you are advertising "certified pre-owned" you would think you would check for something like a transmission leak etc. We have had the truck 9 weeks and it was in the shop or out of use a total of 4 of those weeks and only made one payment on truck. Great people to work with until the sale is made. We STILL have not received our paperwork from when we bought the truck. They SUCK! More
