Great service! Friendly sales team! I've dealt with many dealerships in the past but my experience with Lake Keowee CDJR was by far the best one yet! I am an extremely hard person to please and I found myself leaving beyond happy with my purchase. They both really helped with helping me get within budget and keeping to specific standards I set from the beginning. After the purchase (which consisted of DVD's), I worked with Drew exclusively. If there was ever an update on something or info he had for me, he immediately let me know! There were times that I texted him asking for something/information and he replied immediately with an answer or he would acknowledge my text and let me know shortly after. There was a time I actually text him one night about another new car I was interested in (later down the road from first purchase) and he said he would look into it the next day. I honestly thought he would have forgotten (I would), but he did NOT. Maybe 30 minutes after they opened he texted me and said.. Here is what I can do for you! He was actually off one day and helped me at all possible, actually telling me he would meet me at the store if I was ready to pursue that day! Much appreciated, Drew. great UNTIL you buyg Husband and I bought a dodge truck from them that was suppose to be "certified pre-owned". Had the truck 3 weeks and hadn't even made a payment yet a Husband and I bought a dodge truck from them that was suppose to be "certified pre-owned". Had the truck 3 weeks and hadn't even made a payment yet and had to spend $100 on deductible to get rear wheel sensor repaired. Week later same thing happened and had to get the left rear wheel sensor repaired. Had the truck back a week and my husband went under the truck to see how hard it would be to change the oil himself and he saw transmission fluid leaking. Ended up being a small issue we wouldn't have be pay for but we had to drive an hour to take it back AGAIN. When he walked up to service desk he was told it would take longer than the day they previously told him it would take and offered him no rental. We will never step foot back in that place again and we regret buying from them. If you are advertising "certified pre-owned" you would think you would check for something like a transmission leak etc. We have had the truck 9 weeks and it was in the shop or out of use a total of 4 of those weeks and only made one payment on truck. Great people to work with until the sale is made. We STILL have not received our paperwork from when we bought the truck. They SUCK! More

Unprofessional Bought a used vehicle with a valet key, wasn't offered anything else. Promised a price, secured a loan with the credit union and they tried to up the Bought a used vehicle with a valet key, wasn't offered anything else. Promised a price, secured a loan with the credit union and they tried to up the price $100. Was promised a half tank of gas and we left with a quarter of a tank. Honesty is not their strong point. They said the vehicle was in perfect condition, but there is a cracking sound in the front left wheel area. Now I know why they ran the A/C in the car before we left the lot for a test drive, we would of heard that noise. More

Horrible experience My husband and I took our jeep into the dealership, that we bought from lake keowee, and it was the worse experience ever. They had our jeep for 11 da My husband and I took our jeep into the dealership, that we bought from lake keowee, and it was the worse experience ever. They had our jeep for 11 days and we didn't hear anything from them until the last day, when they already had the work done and we were not told of anything that had been done. When my husband went to pick up the jeep, there was a huge puddle under the jeep, and my husband wanted to know what was under it, they told my husband that the water pump was bad. They had the jeep for 11 days and didn't realize that the water pump was bad. My husband wanted to know how this was going to be handled, and a salesman said that they would make it right because of all the issues. Needless to say it was not right at all. The service man walked the key to my husband and said that they were Crystler and they decided what the price was going to be. As the man walked into the service area again he states that " we could take it somewhere else" , and didn't care to say that to our face. It was the worse experience we have ever had at a car dealership. I would look else where before buying from there. More
