When we arrived at the dealership Mr. Maahs approached us and I immediately liked him. He was very friendly and you could just tell that he really wanted to help us. I knew exactly what I wanted and he first and I immediately liked him. He was very friendly and you could just tell that he really wanted to help us. I knew exactly what I wanted and he first thought he only had a red one but assured us that he could get us the color and just what we wanted with in a matter of hours. He did find two more on the lot and we drove the gray one and loved it. He got us ready to talk with the finance officer and we are now the proud owner of new Chysler Town and Country Van. I usually can tell right away if I am going to like someone or not, I have left dealerships before because of the salesman. I am grateful that someone as nice, helpful, knowledgeable and truley wanting to be helpful took time to help us make this important decision. I would recommend this dealership and Mr. Maahs to my family and friends. More

In June 2012, we had just started looking for a used vehicle and were not really expecting to buy right away. John Crouch was very helpful in finding the vehicle that was best suited for us! I would never recommend this dealership. The day of purchase everyone seemed nice but at the same time I felt rushed & because they did not have the car I wanted in my price range I feel like I settled purchase everyone seemed nice but at the same time I felt rushed & because they did not have the car I wanted in my price range I feel like I settled for a car I really wasn't crazy about. Buying a car is a huge decision, I take responsibility in that decision but if I hadn't of felt rushed maybe I would've made the best decision for me. The next day after purchase, less than 24 hrs, my husband called the dealership to see if I could bring the car back & he explained how I was feeling & was told he'd get a call back which he finally got a call back toward the end of the day. They would not let me bring the car back. The contract does say the contract can be canceled if the stellar agrees & they refused. I understand the agreement & all but they could have had a heart & they did not because they don't care about customer service or people's lives & big decisions people make. They only care about the sale. They say they are customer friendly but this is so not true. So now I'm stuck with a car I don't want & there's nothing I can do about it. Just because they didn't have a heart. And they broke mine. Terrible terrible experience. More
