Went in for oil change and taking care of factory recalls. They said it would take an hour to an hour and a half. After two hours the the oil change was completed, but the recall item was not. When the service advisor asked the mechanic why it wasn't done, he didn't have an answer. It just means I have to make an extra trip to get it done. More
