This is not where we bought the car but is where it was towed into when it died on the street just a month after having a motor replaced at another Hyundai Dealership. Their AI Answering System makes it Hard to contact who you need and wants to take your name and number for someone to call you back which never happens. So you call back again and the person you need is not available and will call you back but that never happens. The 1st time we talked to someone they did not even have our car in the computer system. We had to give them the VIN# for them to check the lot to find it. We have given them our name & number several times and each time we call they can't find us in the system and have to give them our name and number again. They now say it needs a Catalytic Converter & Manifold for around $9,000. WOW!!! It just had a Motor replaced for about $9,000 and we are now finding that Hyundai quite often replaces them with a Refurbished Motor, NOT NEW. So we were 1st told New Motor but after it's done and it's at another Dealership now needing a Cat. Converter are told usually Refurbs. This car, 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe is in a Class Action Lawsuit for that very Motor, Cat Converter, and More. Customer Service did come back and tell us Hyundai will cover 65% of the Cat. Converter Leaving us with $3,000 yet to Pay. Research Online does not show near that much for this repair. Even BMWs, Cadillacs, and other upper-class cars don't cost this much to replace the Cat. Converter. So, Is this a way to have us pay the whole Repair and Act Like they are giving a Discount? Why were we Not Given that option with the Motor Replacement a month earlier? Purchased the car used 7/28/25, had the motor replaced 1/19/2026, now sitting at a dealership waiting for a $9,000 Repair supposedly discounted to $3,000. Have had the car 9 months and it has been in the shop 3 of those 9 months & has gone from costing $12,000 to $24,000 with the Repair Discount and Not Counting 2 Tow Bills, and some Uber Charges while it's been in the shop. To say we are UPSET with the Hyundai Car & Hyundai Service is a HUGE Understatement. There is now a BBB Claim being filed. It's Hard to Rate Any Individual Employees as You Don't Know Who To Rate Since They Don't Call Back! Pittiful!!! I'm 67 yo and have NEVER had Service and Communication this Terrible. They are Depending on their AI System to handle it all which gets you NOWHERE! Our Car has been there over a month and still No Work Done On It. More

The Worst experience I got with any car dealer, The Sales Guy cheated us with paper work, I booked the Vehicle with online price : $29035, When I reached at dealership with the 0% Apr 60 months, The price we Guy cheated us with paper work, I booked the Vehicle with online price : $29035, When I reached at dealership with the 0% Apr 60 months, The price we agreed on $31535 ($2500 extra for special Financing), When I got home I see the Price is $33522 ( $1987 Dealer package included to price , Which I refused when offered), I have been contacting the sales and finance team and getting no help. This is day light cheating. Karma is going to come back to you. On top of it the vehicle ad says 3500 miles but the vehicle in reality for 4500 miles, Also I was given a non cleaned, Low pressure and 1/4 fuel talk ( which got filled when I complained about it ) . We verified this info, made an appt a week in advance, drove 45 min to the dealership and sat for 2 HOURS just to be charged. When my husband asked questions the service man snatched our keys and walked away. The store manager was completely unhelpful and would not honor the fact that we were told this would be done for free. More
