Much more than expected I had come in for a service on my Elantra but after speaking with the finance department and the salesperson, my negative experience with my Elantra f I had come in for a service on my Elantra but after speaking with the finance department and the salesperson, my negative experience with my Elantra from another dealership was completely wiped out by the great profession experience I had with Lake Norman and my new Tucson. They listened to my concerns about my Elantra and what I wanted in a different vehicle. Working with my budget and my negative equity, they were able to get me what I wanted in every aspect.
