Purchasing a vehicle typically is the second largest financial transaction that most individuals will consummate. My oldest daughter, Tarryn, was very much interested in purchasing an Infiniti G37 and financial transaction that most individuals will consummate. My oldest daughter, Tarryn, was very much interested in purchasing an Infiniti G37 and researched various sites regarding the quality of the vehicle. I currently own and have previously owned multiple Infiniti products, so I was happy to accompany her to LNI's dealership. It was my hope, that the car buying experience for Tarryn (her first) would be a pleasant and seamless process. LNI met and surpassed those expectations. Russell Taylor, the Sales associate we dealt with was very straight forward and genuine, in terms of ensuring that all of Tarryn’s requirements were met (i.e. from the specific interior exterior color, interior fabric, features, price point , warranty, etc) were met. We also interacted directly with the Pre-Owned Car Director, Vinnie Mascarello, who exercised great care in explaining the various options available to Tarryn, and left the impression that he truly had her best interest at heart. Tarryn does not reside in Charlotte and I recommended LNI, because of my positive dealings with them in the past. We met with them on a Sunday afternoon and expressed that if a deal was to be made; it would need to be completed by the close of business the next day. Russell worked expeditiously, to ensure that the car was ready for pickup, when promised, fully detailed. Thanks to Russell, Vinnie and Steve (Finance Officer), all of my expectations for Tarryn, regarding her first car buying experience were far exceeded. The folk at LNI, made us feel right at home in a very stress free environment. More

Bought a 2011 QX56, from the beginning Russell and Teddy worked with me in great detail over the phone since I'd had surgery the previous day. Once I drove to LKN Infiniti it was awesome customer service fr worked with me in great detail over the phone since I'd had surgery the previous day. Once I drove to LKN Infiniti it was awesome customer service from them and much respect. Russell and Teddy really go out of their way to make their customers feel like guest and it's "all about them!" I love the personal service. I had an "uh oh" problem and Mike the GM really handled with compassion and understood my situation. Everyone at this dealership was great. They all appeared to genuinely enjoy working together and the atmosphere was unlike any other I've experienced. Russell Taylor was my salesman and could not have made to genuinely enjoy working together and the atmosphere was unlike any other I've experienced. Russell Taylor was my salesman and could not have made the buying experience any easier. He listened to what I was looking for in a new car, did not try to pressure any decision-making, and helped seal the deal by working with management. He dealt honestly with me and I walked away with not only the car I've been wanting for a long time, but felt that I'd been been given excellent care and wasn't exhausted like prior car searches. Based on past car-buying experiences I generally have low-tolerance for this sort of transaction but would definitely recommend Russell and this dealership if you are in the market for a high-end automobile and want to be treated well. More

Russell Taylor and his sales manager Ted were excellent sales reps and wonderful to work with. They made sure that I was taken care of from beginning to end. I bought the car. GARY CALLED ME ON MY CELL PHONE AND NAMED THE PRICE...he took my credit card # and after checking he took the deposit and called back with a FEMALE confirming the exact amount of the re NAMED THE PRICE...he took my credit card # and after checking he took the deposit and called back with a FEMALE confirming the exact amount of the remaining balance and we agreed on a bank check. We booked flights, hotel, canceled work, and secured a pet sitter. The next day Gary called and said ..THE CAR IS SOLD TO SOMEBODY ELSE...I DONT KNOW WHO WHEN HOW MUCH OR ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THEY just came and told me the car was sold. I SAID WHO came..."UM..UM...THEY...um..the yard workers...er the salesman. WHICH SALESMAN? I dont know his name! This is a big dealership! Really? So big that you cant look on a computer and see who sold it? when it sold? "I AM STANDING IN MY KITCHEN NOW"....really? I just called the dealership number and she transferred the call to you. I have the number showing on the cell. I am standing in my kitchen also and i can tell you I bought that car yesterday. YOU took the deposit and called with the price! LOOK!! I have been PATIENT WITH YOU!! I will refund your deposit! as far as anything else I cant help you! BUT the manager will call you in the morning...he went home already. His name is Mckenna. I called..he was at the dealership...he spewed a bunch of lies and when he said HE was the one who was with GARY and told him the exact price on the remaining balance and I said that is a lie because it was a female he then transferred the call to a voice message. So...if you want to do business with this dealership...do so at your own risk. IN MY OPINION THEY WILL SAY OR DO ANYTHING TO SELL YOU A CAR including right out from under YOU!... AND AT YOUR EXPENSE!!! More
