We walked in to Lakeland Automall to check a BMW that we saw online. There, we met to Daniel Martinez, who was very friendly and polite. He showed to us the car that we saw online. Daniel is very professional and showed us all the features on the car. We went for a test drive; during the time he was explained us the features. When we arrived back to the dealer we knew that it was our car; the decision was simple. We never felt pressure from Daniel, making feel us like in family. When we was waiting for the paper works, he invited us to eat breakfast; it was very nice from him. Everything went very smoothly. We were very happy with the attention.
