We walked in to Lakeland Automall to check a BMW that we saw online. There, we met to Daniel Martinez, who was very friendly and polite. He showed to us the car that we saw online. When we arrived back to the dealer we knew that it was our car; the decision was simple. We never felt pressure from Daniel, making feel us like in family.
