Awful experience! They pretended to be legit, but quickly turned into the “bottom feeder” used car lot we all fear. I spoke via email. I didn’t haggle price or give any “resistance” but, I still got screwed. I gave my ss# and credit app, etc, before I arrived. It could be my own blindness that caused the issues. When I initially asked about the vehicle, rather than getting answers, Haize just a tried to ignore me and ask what I could “come in”. They couldn’t even keep their fake texts in order. I STILL get messages a week after I purchased my less than CPO level vehicle. When I went to pick my “great shape, CPO certified” vehicle, the salesman didn’t know anything about the SUV. (The $30k SUV, mind you) He thought I shouldn’t be concerned about part of the side wheel well not sitting flush. He claimed he would fix it…he didn’t. He then proceeded to leave me, because, you know, it was his “out time”! The whole thing was a nightmare. I got dropped off, only to be left sitting for 4 hours! They already had my ID, ins, credit verification, but I still sat. Too long for my half assed salesman to hang out, I was an easy dupe. I was bullied into the expected electronic warranty and the GAP ins (FYI you can get it at 1/4 the price with your ins.) HOWEVER, he didn’t know how to execute. I was told I had to come back to get “said coverage”, but no one had a specific time or date. While I was waiting for someone to have time to “deal with” my sale, I noticed a mud flap thing was hanging off. I asked my new “contact person”-remember my original couldn’t be bothered with finalizing my purchase-and he said I could come in later and they’d fix. Cool, I can live with that….I’m not an xxx… WRONG! When I messaged John (my salesman) about coming in, he had no idea what I was talking about. The 2nd time I drive the SUV, after purchasing, I noticed one of the speakers were blown. I messaged John, got no response. I tried again the next day…still no response. Third day..still NOTHING! I figured maybe he is “busy” and waited two more days before messaging him again. STILL. NO. RESPONSE! I called several Times asking how and where to make my payment. I was told to just wait, it takes a while to get the info. I’m nearing 45 days and worried I’m gonna get a ding on my credit. I still haven’t gotten an welcome packet from a lender or my tags. I was told the tags were mailed out the week before and just “be patient” on my lender packet. A couple days later, I get a call from the lender that had supposedly already approved my loan, verifying my identity and loan application. What? They had no record of a loan for me. Then I get about 7 new inquiries on my credit, most duplicates from the credit app they supposedly processed almost 2 months before. I’m confused. Then I get a call from the finance guy that I have to GO BACK AND SIGN NEW LOAN DOCS! My loan wasn’t processed somehow. So I’m asking again about my speaker when I go in and I’m told it will be covered under my extended warranty for electrical. When I reach out to John a month later when I have time to take my vehicle in, I ask how to have my speaker looked at and fixed and I’m IGNORED! Don’t use this car lot! I think they are used to dealing with people with bad credit, or no other options. I’m neither and still got screwed!! All because I was dead set on the exterior color… xxxx dealership and sales staff. Just don’t! How are you gonna sell a “luxury” SUV with blown speakers? And ignore the buyer regarding something they already paid for?? How do you not complete the loan purchase?? I would seriously rather co-sign on some rando strangers loan, than to know anyone ever did business with this bottom feeding dealership. More
