The sales representative,Jackson Morgan was well mannered and presented himself professionally. He understood my position and helped me to get into a vehicle. My wife was unable to cosign a loan due to the f and presented himself professionally. He understood my position and helped me to get into a vehicle. My wife was unable to cosign a loan due to the fact that we are under contract to purchase a home, but Jackson made us feel comfortable without any pressure tactics. However, our experience with the individual in the financial department was a turn for the worst and nearly cuased us to not make the purchase due to his unpleasant and unprofessional demeanor. He talked at us instead of to us. When we declined certain additional products he made the comment * I just dont understand why you would turn down a service that would cost you only 5 dollars more a month". My wife responded that it was our decision to accept or decline being that we were making the purchase and not him. His demeanor continued to be one of belittling and as if we were wasting his time, mind you he would not have a job if it were not for consumers such as ourselves. As for referring future customers to the location, if it were to refer them to Jackson Morgan,, we would absolutely, but because of the horrible experience with the financial department, we have to think hard about that. My wife works in the medical profession and has daily interactions with other medical professionals who are relocating to the area from all over the world and are always seeking experience based recommendations but because of this experience this location would not be our first recommendation. My advice to the person in the finance department would be to be more professional, be accepting of others choices and decisions by keeping his opinions to himself and to be more mindful because he never knows who it may be that walks into his office and sits in front of him.
