Being a disabled veteran with PTSD, I asked him to stay with us because he made us feel at ease and having an enjoyable experience. He took great care of us. He always asked if we wanted something to drink and/or eat. He was devoted to us. He called, keeping us up to date on the progress of both financing and purchasing. He had the truck detailed and serviced. He paid special attention to what we felt the truck needed and took care of that. So, you have a really good Consultant, doing the right things and devoting himself to your customers to include standing at the entrance and greeting us with a smile as we walked in.
