Worst car buying experience ever. I contacted them about a vehicle listed for sale, and was told to come and see it. When I arrived, I found that the vehicle (2019 Toyota C-HR) had not even been inspected o a vehicle listed for sale, and was told to come and see it. When I arrived, I found that the vehicle (2019 Toyota C-HR) had not even been inspected or cleaned up yet since taken in on a trade. I drove it anyway, and after being assured they would have it cleaned up and ready to go the following day, I signed the paperwork to purchase it and also opted for the extended warranty and protective coating to prevent bug damage after they recommended it. They contacted me late the following day telling me it was ready, so I went to pick it up the following day. When I arrived and saw it, I was appalled at how dirty it was both on the outside body and wheels, as well as under the hood where there was still sand everywhere. I asked for a manager, and pointed out bug residue all over the hood and front end that I was told 2 days earlier would clean right up, as well as the dirty wheels and sand everywhere under the hood. He informed me the bugs had already damaged the clearcoat because the previous owner hadn't cleaned them off in time, and some of it would probably not come out. At that point I refused to take the vehicle in that condition, and he said they could send it back to the detail shop. We agreed that since the bug damage had already been done, they would not charge me the $999 for the protective coating, and I went home again with my old vehicle. After another 2 days, I was told it was ready, so I again drove the 1 1/2 hours to look at it. While they did a better job at cleaning the wheels and buffing out the bugs, it still had sand under the hood. I've been calling and e-mailing to get refunded for the shield coat for the last week, but no-one will respond. I tried the joke "Talk to the owner" contact they have on their page twice, but he won't contact me. If you try to leave a negative review, it automatically brings you to the contact the owner form which he doesn't respond to. Once the4y have your money, you don't matter to them anymore. If I could have left no stars, I would have. More

Horrible place. EXTREMELY unprofessional! Drove for 40 min after confirming they have the car. Upon arrival they didn't know what car I was looking for. After a LONG explanation the said they have and wil min after confirming they have the car. Upon arrival they didn't know what car I was looking for. After a LONG explanation the said they have and will go it to test drive it. After he went the lot back and forth for about 15 min he said that he "can't find it" and it will probably not work out. Save yourself from this terrible experience and go to a professional place of business. More
