Great friendly service but..... We purchased our vehicle one day before Thanksgiving. Lo and behold I came home to my newspaper that was advertising all these Black Friday specials. We purchased our vehicle one day before Thanksgiving. Lo and behold I came home to my newspaper that was advertising all these Black Friday specials. So I called my salesman to see why we couldn't receive one of these gifts. On the following Monday I received the answer that it was because of the rebate we received......which I should have got a deal anyway......I was taking a year old vehicle off your hands. I'm sure you could afford to give a a Tv or gift certificate as well. Also I felt like my salesman really didn't want to be bothered by me after the sale. More

My experience at Lakeland Automall For the last few months, I've been looking for a new vehicle. I went to Lakeland Automall to see their inventory of Certified cars. I spotted a Ford E For the last few months, I've been looking for a new vehicle. I went to Lakeland Automall to see their inventory of Certified cars. I spotted a Ford Escape 2013 in my favorite color. I filled out the form for pre-approval and within minutes they called to set up an appointment for me to test drive the SUV. When I arrived, Carlton greeted me and off we were for the drive. I fell in love as soon as I sat down. When we returned to the dealership I decided I wanted the SUV. I did not feel pressured into making a purchase. Once my mind was made up, the ball was rolling. Within 20 minutes of arriving at Lakeland Automall I had a car. It was the soothest experience ever. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants to purchase a car. The staff is friendly and they even bought me lunch as I waited for the financing. I got close to what I wanted to pay every month and a great interest rate. If you are looking to purchase a car, I highly highly recommend Lakeland Automall. More
