First, we contacted you guys via email, and talking with lawrence for pricing. We almost did not stop by your location due to price not different other locations but we did since we drove to our parents in Orlando anyway. We met Van Phillips. The welcome and great personality he was made us felt very welcome. Of course, everyone wants to purchase good product with reasonable price. Phillips asked his manager to work with us on the price. The manager did come out and talk with us and tried to help us to reach our goal. Not like other dealors we went to, the sale person talked with us and manager did not even acknowledge customers for if they even came to their stores. As we said, price was ok , but the asmosphere at lakeland made us very welcome so we gave them a try. So then we came to the finaince person mr Justin, he tried to explain what is the best for us in our situation that worked both for his customers and his company. What we just want to say is we got our mustag vehicle at the very good service Lakeland Ford dealor. I would recommend whoever want to purchase Ford vehicles or new car, just stop by their location, give them a chance to serve you. Location is a little far from us but the experience is great!!! I did do my homework before I went into the dealership of researching new and used cars This was the best car buying experience that I have EVER had! I did do my homework before I went into the dealership of researching new and used cars at three different locations. From the first contact through email, then text and finally phone calls were all helpful, informative, honest and welcoming. After 2 or 3 days of communicing I went in to meet my sales person Duane Temple. I could not have been more impressed or had a better feeling. He is a straight shooter and did his best to guide me and meet y needs. Then the finance person Elvis was incredible patient and guided me to the best deal as if I was his family member. I got a GREAT vehicle for a great price and they made me feel welcomed and like family! I HIGHLY recommend the Lakeland dealership. I drove from Wesley Chapel for the great deal and customer service they offered (eventhough dealerships are right here). Ford Fusion issues I feel like I have had constant issues with my 2017 Fusion hybrid. Service dept even decided to show me how to reprogram the windows so I don’t have to bring it back in for them to do it. Now there is a clicking noise coming from the front end when I’m turning. Really feel like I bought a lemon and at this point I’m beginning to wonder if the car is even safe. More
