Nice salesmen, pushy finance manager I bought a used 2014 mustang from Ben at Lakeland Automall. He was very pleasant to work with and answered all my questions I asked. My only issues wa I bought a used 2014 mustang from Ben at Lakeland Automall. He was very pleasant to work with and answered all my questions I asked. My only issues was that once I decided to buy my car I had to wait almost 3 hours to get to speak to the Finance manager who told me "he will get to me later". Once I got back in the room with him he assumed that I was buying a warranty, gap insurance, maintenance contract. Jumped my payments up over $50 a month. He constantly told me I NEEDED these things when I didn't. I settled the price I wanted to pay already I just wanted to sign the paperwork. He then kept trying to give me examples of why I need all of the services, held me up for over an hour after they closed. He also kept adjusting the APR I was paying trying to get me to buy the extra stuff. I'm 24 but I'm not dumb, I know what I wanted when I went there, nothing more nothing less. He kept telling me he wants me to be a repeat customer but I can tell you that will never happen. I was tired, hungry and wanted to get home to my family but he was only about trying to get me to spend more money. Every time I tried to explain something he would one up me, saying he owns a roush mustang, and a C7 corvette. That's great man I'm glad you do, I really don't care. After it was all said and done he told me to my face he made $1,500 off of me. When it's all said and done I will never buy another car from them or even recommend them to anyone because of him.
