Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!! I have never owned a brand new vehicle in my entire life and when I bought my last vehicle, it took over 7 hours to get it all done. This time, I went I have never owned a brand new vehicle in my entire life and when I bought my last vehicle, it took over 7 hours to get it all done. This time, I went to Lakeland Auto mall and it was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. The first salesperson I spoke to, Lu, worked with me for two weeks prior to me coming down there and got my pre-approved for a brand new car! Once I was able to get to the dealership, I was taken care by Pierre, who was more than amazing! He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and what was available to me. Neither of them tried to pressure me into anything and Pierre took extra time with us to make sure we were pleased with our decision and purchase. Since I made my purchase, Pierre, has contacted me several times to make sure that we are happy with our decision and also to confirm that he is there for any questions or issues that may arise. The dealership is so nice and everyone there, down to the loan guy, Anthony, was very personable and made my husband and I feel so appreciated, welcome, and like friends. This all still seems surreal, but I LOVE my NEW car and I would never buy another car from anywhere else but here! Beyond friendly, and most appreciated, down to earth and real. He even helped my little brother with some advice about looking for his first car and how to go about his unique situation. Very hospitable! From my arrival time on the lot, to choosing my car, signing paperwork, and driving away in my new car, I'd say the process was just over an hour. Satisfied is an understatement.
