H-E-l-l I've gotten previous cars through them (before they expanded and became sleazy typical car salesmen) so I didn't even think twice! First mistake. Very long painful story but basically I put almost 5 grand down and left with a roach infested car. They lied (they meaning everyone I've ever spoken with there) on my application so my bank whom I asked them to contact, saying I put 0$ down instead therefore needing larger loan. I quickly brought car back within two days but had to deal w rude men w no customer service skills. Point blank asked for my money back and gave them keys but they kept my car 5 days to "bomb" for bugs, and I was even told I was "lucky" that I even got one.Ha! I thought nightmare was over. Then upon trying to Renew my OLD tag on my birthday that I transferred to this new car, the DMV tells me the dealership has it on a 'hold' so I called them while at DMV and told them what I needed, they said no prob we'll have temporary tag waiting ( I had to drive over 1hr to get there) got there and no one has a clue what I'm talking about. Finally speak to a manager who did seem surprisingly professional, but couldn't explain why his dealership did this. Soooo 65+ days after driving off your lot with a transferred tag, I'm made to go out of my way yet AGAIN for your mistake!? they are def breaking the law!! Fraud Fraud Fraud! I've warned everyone and have many lawyers on speed dial bc I'm just waiting for something else. I get mistakes happen , but I never Once asked for anything but for them to make the situation right ! Completely disgusted and disappointed is an understatement. More
